After a rather long, and confusing/upsetting/frustrating day at work, I was happy to come home to a package in the mail. A package I didn't expect, and chock full of goodness from Wisconsin.
In return for sending off the first copy of my zine to the Madison Infoshop, they sent me a bunch of zines! Some I'm rather familiar with, the Defender and the Cultivator but there were a bunch of new ones I'll enjoy taking a gander at.
Exchanging information in such a fashion makes my heart happy.
And after today it really means a lot, a simple gift exchange demonstrating what we are still capable of as people.
